Smooth process from start to finish. I had online shopped for a while before I went to test drive anything and Bennett was my first stop. Huy greeted us right away and got us in to the first car on my list for a test drive very quickly. Laura in the financing office explained the many pages of paperwork in detail and there was no hard sale for extended warranties.

I bought a used car. Not the worst experience but could have been better. I was expecting to pick it up with a full tank of gas however, I had about 80 miles to empty. I didn’t feel as if that was a huge deal compared to the fact they messed up the tax on the buyers order and then called me half an hour before showing up to “compromise” with me. Not even 24 hours later and I’m starting to feel what might be a misfire so thankfully I bought a service contract but still. Like I said, not the worst BUT not the greatest. Huy was great at trying to advocate for me as the buyer and he did what he could to make me feel better about the situation.
