I bought a used car. Not the worst experience but could have been better. I was expecting to pick it up with a full tank of gas however, I had about 80 miles to empty. It took 3 trips to purchase vehicle, had 3 scheduled visits and something was wrong the first two trips. We were over an hour and a half away. After purchasing a vehicle, the check engine light came on the next morning.

The day after we took delivery of our new vehicle, we were advised that our sales rep was no longer with the delivery. The issue is that the rep incorrectly assigned our vehicles ownership to another person that he delivered a car for the same day as ours. Waited a month for the appointment to then have to wait 7 weeks and 3 days to have the car looked at after the scheduled appointment . No communication unless I called . Multiple times wrong information was given . The car was fixed in the end but 4 months and 10 days is a very long time to not have a vehicle . The communication issues were very frustrating as well .
